Faith is passionate about sharing the practices of yoga, meditation, reiki, and creative arts to foster profound self-acceptance, healing, and creativity. Faith wants every student to remember there’s beauty in being yourself.

In addition to being a teacher and yogini, Faith is a reiki healer, tarot reader, writer, and accomplished pianist. She has a B.A. in Literature from Concordia University and infuses her classes with inspiration from literature, mythology, and real life. She looks forward to sharing practice with you.

“Faith is a wonderful yoga teacher. I take her gentle yoga classes because I have many physical limitations that prevent me from practicing yoga more vigorously. She always helps me find adaptations when I need them so I can continue to practice. I like that she shares a quote or saying at the beginning of class to reflect on. The combination of her soothing voice, expert instruction, harmonious piano music and candles make her classes the best de-stressor I have encountered.”
